Saw 2 Swallows hawking over the coastal fields at Whitley Bay while I was on the bus tonight (see blog for reason for using the bus).Sand Martins at Swallow Ponds today also.Ring Ouzels back on breeding grounds in Wearside.......that had been the plan for tomorrow until the car chose to break
5 Ring Ouzels back at Harthope Valley on Monday...much better than those 'foreigners'!
